L’elenco comprende la letteratura pubblicata tra il 1800 e il 2006 dove compaiono riferimenti, dati e/o altre informazioni di carattere naturalistico-biologico relative agli ambienti terrestri delle Isole Eolie; sono stati considerati sia i contributi specificamente dedicati a tale territorio (tecnico-scientifici e/o divulgativi), sia quelli dove dati e/o informazioni risultavano parte di una trattazione più ampia e non inerente esclusivamente alle isole; non sono stati inclusi invece contributi inediti (tesi di laurea e/o dottorato, documenti e/o relazioni non pubblicate, ecc.) o contenuti in siti web.
I contributi di un singolo e/o due autori sono stati elencati in ordine alfabetico, mentre quelli di più di due autori sono stati elencati in ordine cronologico.
Questa “Bibliografia” rappresenta il primo risultato di un intenso lavoro di ricerca e verifica, intrapreso a partire dal 1995; certamente non può essere considerata esaustiva, e per questa ragione invitiamo a contattarci chi dovesse rilevare eventuali omissioni e/o imprecisioni; altresì, invitiamo gli autori di nuovi contributi attinenti a comunicarne l’avvenuta pubblicazione, per facilitare il suo aggiornamento.
The list includes the literature published between 1800 and 2006 containing records, data and/or other information on the biological heritage of the terrestrial environments of the Aeolian Islands. Both technical-scientific and divulgative contributions specifically concerning the archipelago, as well as those treating more wide subjects where however data for the Aeolian Islands are included, have been listed. Unpublished contributions (e.g., PhD and BSc thesis, reports, etc.) and web sites have been excluded from the present list.
Titles of one and/or two authors have been listed alphabetically, while titles of more than two authors have been listed cronologically.
This “Bibliography” represents the first result of researches carried out since the 1995, and it can not be considered exhaustive. Therefore, we will be grateful if you communicate us the find of possible lacks and/or inaccuracies. Also, we invite the authors of further relevant contributions to inform us about their publication, in order to facilitate the bibliography updating.
